Grace and Frankie - We’ve been longtime fans of Netflix’s comedy about two women in their 70s moving in together when their lives take a drastic turn and we’re psyched to talk about the show’s portrayal of friendship, family, aging, ambition, and the many forms that love takes. The sixth season was released a couple months ago, so get cozy and get marathon-ing!

Emma. - The latest adaptation of one of Jane Austen’s most beloved and divisive works is out in theaters* now! Kelsey saw it a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it (and wrote about it spoiler-free here) so both of us are going to dive into this particular iteration of the story.

*we do want to recognize that with the threat of COVID-19, going to the movie theater may not be the right choice in your area or situation. Though our discussion will include specific discussions of the movie, being based on a 200 year old book it doesn’t rely too much on the element of surprise. And if you’d still prefer to wait to read this segment of the newsletter until after seeing the movie for yourself, we’ll be here when you’re ready!

That’s all for now! Wash your hands, social distance, and come talk to us on Twitter because we’ll probably be there even more in the coming weeks!
